A Startup Incubation Certification Program is designed to help Students, Alumni or wanna-be entrepreneurs associated with SSSIHL and SSSSO to gain the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to mature their business ideas, develop and scale their businesses, impacting social causes and otherwise.

Selection Criteria for Applicants
Requirements
- Detailed applicant profile
- Profile Preliminary business idea description (500 words) that has innovation / market potential.
- Participant can understand and communicate in English ( to get best out of the course)
- Statement of commitment 4-5 hours of classroom ( virtual training) and 3-4 days of campus immersion for final pitch presentation and interaction with other members of cohort and trainers
Selection Process
- Online application submission
- Application screening and shortlisting
- Virtual interviews with shortlisted candidates
- Final selection of cohort (maximum 30 participants)
Support Resources needed for the Program
- Program Governance
- Need one dedicated person to manage the overall program organization, conducting sessions, ensuring teams are participating and submitting assignments, Evaluations
- Additional support to handle the virtual sessions.. recording of the sessions, moderating them thru the sessions
- Mentorship
- Make list of mentors and assign them to participants .. Individual / groupwise
- 1:1 or group mentoring sessions with assigned startup mentor (30 minutes)
