Pavan Kumar is a dynamic leader with over 25 years of rich experience in the fields of IT, technology consulting, entrepreneurship, and social impact ventures. He began his career with renowned organizations such as ICICI Infotech and SAP Labs, gaining deep expertise in enterprise technology before moving into the entrepreneurial space.
In 2015, he co-founded DFI, a purpose-driven venture focused on delivering chemical-free millets directly from farm to home, advocating for healthy, sustainable living. He also played a pioneering role in establishing the Organic Parthi Farmers Producer Company Ltd., where he served as Chairman. Through this initiative, he led the natural farming movement in Sathya Sai District, empowering farmers to adopt eco-friendly practices and build a resilient agricultural ecosystem.
His passion for innovation and sustainable development extends to global platforms as well. He serves in advisory and fractional leadership roles with international firms such as SprinQ Technologies Ltd. (Australia) and Veinvest Ltd. (UK), contributing to business scaling, investment strategies, and lifecycle management.
He is also the Managing Trustee of Goyurveda Foundation, an NGO working to preserve and promote indigenous Indian cattle breeds and holistic cow-based farming systems.
Currently, he is the CEO of the Sri Sathya Sai Research & Innovation Foundation (SSSRIF), where he leads strategic efforts to nurture and scale entrepreneurship ecosystems across India and internationally, with a focus on value-based innovation, rural upliftment, and youth empowerment.
