Dr. C. Chandra Mouli is a distinguished mentor, strategist, and ecosystem enabler with over 15 years of professional experience spanning research, mentoring, product development, and startup ecosystem building. With 7+ years dedicated to the innovation and startup ecosystem, Dr. Mouli is recognized for his impactful mentorship and strategic leadership.

• Currently serving as CEO of AIC-SKU Confederation, he is actively involved in nurturing early-stage startups, supporting innovation-driven enterprises, and building sustainable entrepreneurial ecosystems. His core competencies include business incubation, innovation mentoring, academic incubator development, strategic program planning, and startup management.
• Recognized as a Mentor of Change by AIM, NITI Aayog, Dr. Mouli mentors technology-driven startups and contributes voluntarily to national initiatives such as Startup India, Innovate Bhutan, MoEs Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC), and AICTE programs.
