Sri Sai Prabhakar Balantrapu graduated from SSSIHL in 2007 with a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Economics and later went on to complete his Masters in Economics in 2009 and his Masters in Business Administration in 2011, specializing in Finance. A recipient of the Sri Sathya Sai All-Rounder Gold Medal in 2010 at the 29th Annual Convocation of SSSIHL, Sai Prabhakar has extensive corporate work experience spanning over 10 years in the areas such as economic research, credit ratings, financial planning, and analysis, working with companies like Acuity Knowledge Partners, CRISIL, Deloitte and Sutherland Global Services. In Oct 2022, he also cleared the UGC National Eligibility Test (UGC-NET) for lectureship in Economics. Furthermore, Sai Prabhakar possesses an M.Sc. in Business Analytics (Work Integrated Learning Program) from BITS Pilani. He is currently pursuing his Doctoral Research Program in the field of Economics.

Sri Sai Prabhakar Balantrapu is currently working as Assistant Professor with the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences, SSSIHL.
