Major Accomplishments in the last few years:
1. Worked closely with the management of a Boston based Healthcare KPO to setup their India office
on a turnkey basis. The initial team of 70 people were recruited by our organization, initial team was incubated at TEQNirvana, setup the facility which houses > 1000 employees currently. All of this was accomplished within 6 months.
2. On a turnkey basis have incubated software product development teams for our US clients in our Bangalore office as a “Managed Service”. Clients have benefited by saving millions of dollars by leveraging our offering which is a “Pay as you go” service.
