As an Independent Director at OSEL Devices since February 2024, I have had the privilege of being part of the Board during the company’s successful listing on the NSE in September 2024. With over 25 years of diverse industry experience, I have consistently driven value through business development, strategic consulting, and operations management.
My career began with global leaders like P&G, ITC Tobacco, and Bharti Airtel, where I played a pivotal role in driving operator tie-ups, leading geographies, and achieving revenue-share leadership. In the last four years, I have further expanded my impact by collaborating with startups such as vini-toys.com, gowdurbar.com, costbo.com, and zaistech., and mentoring ventures at NITIAYOG AIC, including Helanbikes and Foodcolours.
As a Principal Consultant, I have made significant contributions to a range of organizations including Thinksynq.in, keharfoods.com, safeharvest.co.in, waycool.in, princika.com, swift-i consulting, worldofnuts.in, solutionbuggy.com, and toyenabler.com. My expertise covers e-commerce, FMCG, Medical, and AgroTech sectors, with a strong focus on strategic growth initiatives.
Academically, I hold a degree in Economics from Sri Satya Sai Institute of Higher Learning, an MBA from Andhra University, and an SMP from IIM Calcutta. I am also a certified ESG Expert through the Independent Director’s Databank.
Throughout my career, I have been recognized for my consistent performance, earning international recognition and multiple Bharti Airtel Great People Manager awards. Notably, I achieved two Guinness World Records with Airtel in 2012 and 2013. I have also been part of Airtel’s achievers club, topping nationally three times, which led to international trips. One of my recent accomplishments was having my project shortlisted as an achiever for the “Save the Soil” campaign.
